Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to pAIgeBOTS, including our website, company dashboards, user accounts, and AI workflow features. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and how you can request access or deletion.
2. Data we collect
We collect account and workspace information such as name, work email, company name, company slug, role, subscription status, and limited security telemetry. We also collect event metadata such as timestamps, IP and user-agent hashes, and security audit actions. We are intentionally designing the platform not to store conversation content by default.
3. Data we do not want
Users must not submit real protected health information, medical record numbers, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or other direct identifiers unless and until pAIgeBOTS has completed the required legal, technical, and operational controls for that use case. The application screens for common PHI patterns and may block submission.
4. How we use information
We use collected data to create and secure accounts, provide company dashboards, enforce access controls, prevent abuse, support subscriptions, investigate incidents, and improve service reliability. When AI features are used, only the current prompt payload is sent to the model provider; conversation history is not retained by pAIgeBOTS unless a future feature explicitly asks the user to save content.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to operate the platform, such as hosting, authentication, billing, and AI vendors. Each vendor relationship must be evaluated against the relevant contractual and regulatory requirements before use. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Account, subscription, invitation, and audit metadata are retained only as long as necessary for security, legal compliance, and business operations. Conversation content is not stored by default. Deletion timelines and evidence expectations are documented in the data retention policy.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, secure cookies, encrypted server-side sessions, rate limiting, role-based access, audit logging, and PHI detection controls. No security measure is absolute, so users should avoid entering sensitive data unless the platform has been explicitly approved for that purpose.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your account data. If you are located in a jurisdiction with additional rights, including GDPR or CCPA-style requests, contact us and we will process requests consistent with applicable law.
