Terms of Service
1. Service overview
pAIgeBOTS provides AI-assisted business analysis and project management workflows, including company dashboards, user accounts, and regulated-workflow planning tools. The service is intended to support professional teams, not replace human review.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, keeping credentials confidential, and ensuring that each user only accesses workspaces they are authorized to use. You must promptly notify pAIgeBOTS of suspected unauthorized access.
3. No real PHI without approved program
Unless and until pAIgeBOTS has expressly enabled an approved healthcare workflow under the necessary contracts and compliance controls, you must not input real PHI, patient identifiers, or similarly regulated data. The platform may block content that appears to contain PHI.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, credential attacks, prompt injection testing against other customers, data scraping, or any attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security headers. We may suspend accounts that threaten the integrity or safety of the service.
5. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by qualified personnel. pAIgeBOTS does not provide legal advice, medical advice, compliance certification, or guaranteed project outcomes.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions may be activated through the website, a written order form, or onboarding confirmation. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees are billed in advance using the payment method or invoicing arrangement approved during signup or onboarding. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in an order form.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, non-payment, legal risk, or security threats. Customers may terminate according to their subscription or order form, subject to any required retention or legal obligations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pAIgeBOTS is provided on an as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a specific regulated outcome. If you have a signed commercial agreement with pAIgeBOTS, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these public terms.
